Kept me waiting in from 8.30 am until I phoned him at 4.35pm to ask if he was still coming over. He said ..no...I'm only available in mornings. He said he had told me that, which he hadn't. Very nonchalant in attitude, even though I had previously told him I had emergency pipe leak in bedroom. Be aware...THIS COULD BE YOU TOO !!!
